Highlights from the 2023 St Gallen Breast Cancer Conference in Vienna. What did I learn?

1- Measures of clinical response to breast cancer therapies need to be updated in line with the advances in improved drug treatments.

2- There are huge inequalities in healthcare infrastructures and access to BC treatments across the world. Something that the WHO Global Breast Cancer Initiative aims to address.

3- Clinical trials need to be conducted from different populations globally. #clinicaltrials
